Acura RLX Concept

After the successful unveiling of a new and powerful looking Acura flagship concept, I must admit I was a bit disappointed by the uninspiring press images that shortly followed. Redemption was found though after watching the brilliantly executed promotional video that accompanied the release. Now I’m not sure how much of it was CG trickery, but the end result was beautiful nonetheless.

I created a gallery of enhanced screenshots from the video to capture the RLX Concept in some different backdrops. The image above is my personal favorite, as it shows how menacing the RLX with its Jewel Eye headlamps could look rolling down the street.

Check out the gallery below, and If you haven’t already seen the video you can view it by clicking here.

Thanks for the nice screen captures. I had not seen this video before. I’m the owner of a 65,000-mile ’98 RL and I’d kill to have that black RLX in my garage – it’s just stunning in that color.

By the way, I enjoy your website which I discovered while looking for more information on the RLX. Keep up the good work.

What is the music used in this video? I’ve looked through the internet and can’t find an answer so far.

I can’t find the title of the song either. I’ve googled the lyrics and tried Shazam but no dice. I’ll updated the post if I find out anything.
