Japanese Emperor Akihito at age 82 recently renewed his driver’s license, permitting him to drive his personal car, a humble 1991 Honda Integra Sedan for another three years.

While Emperor Akihito is usually chauffeured on public roads, he is known to use the Integra within the Imperial Palace in central Tokyo.

The footage below dates back to 2012 and shows Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko enjoying a drive in the Gray Honda Integra.
