Gallery: Acura China’s 2016 Acura RDX

Here are some images of the refreshed 2016 Acura RDX that recently debuted in China. Exterior differences from the American RDX are minimal – the Chinese spec gets clear headlight corners, standard headlamp washers, and a rear fog lamp. There’s also an accessory option for extra chrome trim around the front fog lights.

Check out the gallery and a dramatic debut video below.

Yesterday the new Acura NSX made its Chinese debut at Auto Shanghai 2015. The NSX will join Acura China’s growing model lineup along with an upcoming SUV designed and developed for the Chinese market slated for production in 2016. Acura China's "A+ Experience"

I’ll bet you haven’t seen the MDX or RDX driven like this before. Two wheel driving, burnouts and 180s were some of the stunts performed at the Acura China “A+ Experience” kickoff event last month. The “A+ Experience” is what Acura China has named their national test drive tour that will run throughout the year.

Check out the 2:31-minute video below.

2015 Acura TLX Spy Shots from China

2015 Acura TLX Spy Shots

A Chinese website has posted photos of a partially camouflaged China-spec 2015 Acura TLX. These new TLX images don’t reveal much more than previous spy shots, but they do offer more contrast and crisper lines than the last batch which were rather unflattering due to poor light. The lone interior shot shows us an electric parking brake and wood trim.

The North American TLX is set to debut on April 16th at the New York International Auto Show.

Acura China's 2014 MDX

Last week Acura China unveiled the new 2014 MDX at the Guangzhou Auto Show, announcing pricing and an on-sale date of early December.

Offered in two trims, the China-spec MDX uses the same 3.5L V-6 engine and has nearly identical specifications as the North American MDX.

There are of course the usual cosmetic changes and additional standard features, as well as some unique, china-only optional accessories which can be seen in one of the images above. The front bumper trim looks interesting, unfortunately I couldn’t find a full body image with it attached.
