Photos of a partially covered 2017 Acura MDX prototype were posted yesterday on off-road.com, two weeks away from the official debut on March 23rd at the New York International Auto Show.
While the black padding hides most of the lower front bumper, we do get a sense of how the new Diamond Pentagon grille comes into play. A very faint outline of the grille is visible, and from our observations the shape and size seem to work naturally with the existing design. We can also make out the diamond pattern surrounding the Acura emblem, similar to what is seen on Acura Precision Concept grille. Lastly, photos of the rear reveal what many have been hoping for: exposed exhaust tips.
