Acura Ranked Second in U.S. Customer Satisfaction Survey

Acura is one of only two brands to improve in this year’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report, tying with Mercedes and Lincoln for second place behind Lexus.

Although overall car buyer satisfaction among the 27 brands is down for a third straight year, Acura rebounded from last year’s report, improving 8 percent for a total of 83 points out of a possible 100.

The ACSI Automobile report 2015 is based on 4,294 random customer surveys collected in the second quarter of 2015. Customers were asked to evaluate their recent vehicle purchase and experiences.
