While up in the Colorado mountains, The Fast Lane Car caught some Acura prototypes supposedly doing some high-altitude testing on the Ike Gauntlet.
First is a fully camouflaged fourth-generation Acura MDX towing a U-Haul trailer. The vehicle in question appears to have quad exhaust outlets, a Type S front bumper and the Type S badge on the grille.
Next is an RDX with heavy black padding covering up the front. While we can’t rule out an RDX Type S prototype, it’s more likely a mid-model refresh/facelift.
Finally, there’s the TLX Type S lurking in the back – it’s got the front splitter, Type S badging, black wheels and red interior.
