Acura has announced the Honda Heritage Parts program in the United States, launching this summer with reproduction parts for the first-generation Acura NSX available through Acura dealerships nationwide. The program is designed to help owners maintain and restore one of Acura’s most iconic sports cars for years to come.

The program will include Genuine Honda Reproduction Parts made using the same materials and manufacturing processes as the originals, along with Honda Compatible Parts that have been newly engineered to replace discontinued components.

Honda is also exploring the possibility of supporting other Acura and Honda performance models.

After 40 years, Acura is finally heading to Japan. After 40 years, Acura is finally heading to Japan.

As Acura celebrates its 40th anniversary this March, the brand is will enter the Japanese market for the first time with the Acura Integra Type S.

It also marks the return of the Integra nameplate to Japan since it was discontinued in 2006 as the Honda Integra.

Built in Marysville, Ohio, the Integra Type S will be exported to Japan mostly unchanged, retaining full U.S.-market specifications - including left-hand drive. Sales in Japan begin in the second half of 2026.

Could this be the beginning of Acura's expansion into the Japanese market, or simply a special 40th anniversary occasion?

Jumping on the 2016 trend, we’re throwing it back Jumping on the 2016 trend, we’re throwing it back 10 years to revisit Acura’s model lineup. At the time, it included two SUVs, three sedans, and the NSX—introduced that year as a 2017 model.

It also marked the final appearance of Acura’s full lineup wearing the “power plenum” grille, better known as the “beak,” before the 2017 MDX debuted a refreshed look with the Diamond Pentagon grille.

Love it or hate the grille, it’s hard to ignore how many MDX and TLX from this era I see rolling around every day!
