Acura has announced the Honda Heritage Parts program in the United States, launching this summer with reproduction parts for the first-generation Acura NSX available through Acura dealerships nationwide. It also marks the return of the Integra nameplate to Japan since it was discontinued in 2006 as the Honda Integra.

Built in Marysville, Ohio, the Integra Type S will be exported to Japan mostly unchanged, retaining full U.S.-market specifications - including left-hand drive. Sales in Japan begin in the second half of 2026.

Could this be the beginning of Acura's expansion into the Japanese market, or simply a special 40th anniversary occasion?
